Abstract

Education is a discipline that concentrates on teaching and learning strategies in formal educational settings, as opposed to informal and non-formal social methods. The transmission of a society's values and acquired knowledge constitutes what is meant by education. India has had an extremely advanced educational system since ancient times. This essay places a strong emphasis on the union of the Gurukul educational system with the modern educational system, which will aid in the reconstruction of India as a golden sparrow.
